Basic Pasta Class with Arneis Wine Pairing

Learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, from the Piedmont specialty of Agnolotti, to the classic

Ravioli, and the globally recognizable Bolognese Pappardelle.

In this class you will explore the different types of pasta doughs. Some are great for stuffed and rolled

pasta and others are perfect for hand cut. You will use the finest ground Italian wheat flour, also known

as “doppio zero” or “OO” flour. We will make and taste Ricotta Agnolotti and you will be able to take

your pastas home to share.

We will be pairing the Ricotta Agnolotti with a glass of Arneis, Piedmont wine; included in your class.

Bottles will be available for purchase to take home as well.
