Come join us for an afternoon hands-on brunch class with a Summer Seasonal Mimosa pairing. Learn

how to make a Vinaigrette, Hollandaise, and Aioli by hand. Explore fundamental cooking and gain the

professional techniques of making emulsified sauces and learn how to poach perfect eggs.

Students will pair into groups and cook Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Artisanal Greens in Vinaigrette,

Herb Oven Roasted Potatoes with Garlic Aioli. After some hard work, students will taste their menu

creations and enjoy it with a Summer Seasonal Mimosa.

Bottles will be available for purchase to take home as well.
